The Interview process is the time that we meet you to gain a sense of who you are, tell you more about the job and how we operate at Warrior Plumbing.

We will let you know that you’ve been selected for an interview either by phone or email and ask that you meet us on the job site for approximately 30-45 minutes.

Below are a few tips on putting your best self forward:

1. Show up 10 minutes early prepared with a printed resume and an idea of the answers to questions that will likely be asked. Eg. What have you done for work in the past and how does it relate to the role that you are applying for?
2. Dress professionally and show us your style, neatly put together and dressed to impress.
3. Be a good conversationalist! We want to learn more about who you are as a professional AND as a person. Tell us about your accomplishments, your values and why you feel Warrior is the company for you and vice versa.

Once we’ve met you and learned about your work history, education, experience and skills, we’ll discuss the decision internally and let you know within two weeks if you have the position.

The timeline allows us to assess all the candidates that have applied, consider who has the most suitable qualifications and will be the best fit for the company.

While we wish we could hire everyone who is interested in the role, this isn’t the case, and we are looking for the most suitable person to fill the position. If you are not chosen, we will continue to keep your resume in our talent acquisition files should a more appropriate position become available.

Our offers will be extended over the phone or by email. Our talent acquisition specialist will then provide additional information on working at the company and will go through the onboarding process with you.

Resume Review

After you have matched your skills and experience with the role advertised and submitted your resume, we will review the information you presented. If it is a good match for the position, then we will call you in for step 2, the interview process.

If there is not a match at this time, we’ll add you to our talent community database so that you can be considered for future opportunities.
